At Cobra Magic we take great care to develop and produce products to your satisfaction. 
Our products are handcrafted, manufactured, assembled and are made-to-order. 
To ensure the best quality of the products, all purchased items are being tested and carefully inspected at the time of order.
 
1. Cancellation 
Our products are handcrafted, manufactured, assembled and are made-to-order. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in Israel you cannot cancel such orders. However, Cobra Magic gives you the option to cancel your order.
A transaction can be canceled within five (5) days from the date of purchase provided the confirmation of payment from Cobra Magic customer service  team@cobramagic.com
A purchase cannot be canceled once it has been shipped to the customer, no refund will be provided.
 

2. Shipping 

The products are shipped within 14 business days from the date of confirmation of payment.
Shipping cost will vary based on weight, size, and packaging insurance. All orders are insured for the full value of the product

Shipping insurance is optional and covers resending orders who get lost while shipping at no extra cost.

3. Warranty  
All of our products come with a 1-year warranty. This includes repair or replacement and shipping back to the customer.
The customer must send the product to Cobra Magic by mail or courier after contacting customer service and receiving approval & our shipping details.
Return shipping costs incurred by the customer are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty will not apply to a customer who has purchased a second Hand product Unless it received approval from the Company.
 
4. Customer Service
At Cobra Magic, we encourage customers experiencing issues with our products to contact us directly via e-mail, phone or Whatsapp.

5. Privacy & Security

This site is protected by hCaptcha to prevent spam and abuse. The hCaptcha Privacy Policy (https://hcaptcha.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://hcaptcha.com/terms) apply.

6. Taxes, Duties and Customs

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, and any other charges imposed by local authorities vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Cobra Magic is not responsible for paying, reimbursing, or covering any taxes, customs duties, import fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed in the customer's country.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all applicable fees, taxes, and duties are paid in full and on time.

If the customer fails or refuses to pay any applicable taxes, customs duties, or other charges, Cobra Magic shall not be responsible for any delay, return, loss, abandonment, confiscation, or other consequence relating to the shipment. In such circumstances, the purchased product will no longer be considered under Cobra Magic's responsibility, and Cobra Magic will not be obligated to provide warranty or customer service in connection with that order.



A customer wishing to perform on TV with our product is requested to obtain a written approval from the company.
